We seek to hire a Solutions architect manager to join our growing team. This position involves planning, organizing, directing,controlling, and evaluating the computer and telecommunications software, networks, and information systems within the company. As well, you will be required to oversee and co-ordinate the development of specifications for products or services.
DUTIES
- Build a team and provide technical guidance and training to team members,
- Oversees daily operations within the development team, guide the team members to solve complex technical problems,and conduct performance evaluations of team members.
- Understand requirement and scenarios of our platform and mobile app.
- Analyze the requirements and extracting those of architectural significance.
- Analyze and translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into holistic, well-designed, and
architected solutions. - Drive long-term design thinking for systems and engineering processes with simplicity and maintainability as core tenet.
- Architect and design our new platform, APIs, services, tools, and distributed systems.
- Build our platform and mobile app standards and processes, to facilitate data-informed decision making.
- Develop and enhance online platform, payment, and communication function of website and mobile app, prepare online system for future demand and request.
- Optimize the utilization of cloud resources to balance performance and cost.
- Continually seek deeper insights into the performance, scalability, maintainability of our platform and mobile app.
REQUIREMENT
- Several years of experience in software development, with a focus on architecture and design.
Experience in managing technology teams, including software developers, quality assurance engineers, and other technical professionals. - Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing software solutions, preferably for large-scale enterprise applications.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud software architecture and technologies.
- Strong understanding of software security and compliance requirements, as well as data privacy regulations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
